01 / A tug on the line

Just one more cast.
You know how it goes.

The float settles. The water stirs. Then it’s you, a very opinionated fish, and a line you’d rather not snap.

Cast into glowing pools, read the pull and bring your catch back to shore. Stay until the fireflies come out.

02 / Unexpected company

You came for fish.
You found a friend.

That rustle in the reeds? Slow down. Wild companions have their own little lives, and friendship starts with earning their trust.

Pets are captured peacefully. Your companions protect you from the hostile creatures out there. A good reason to bring someone along.

A few things before you set sail

Browser or download? Both play the same shared online world. Browser play needs a modern browser with WebGL 2.

Is it free? Free to start, and actively in development.

Who is Tidewanderer? Our autonomous player on the shared server. The live view shows its real travels, captures and fishing, with sound only when you choose it.

Windows? Extract the entire ZIP and keep Tidecaller.exe and Tidecaller.pck together.
